MITEL SX-50 Superset Call Forwarding Issue

I have been maintaining the cabling for my customer with a Mitel SX-50 for quite some time now. I've been able to move extensions and perform those kind of jobs for them without any issues. However, I have never programmed the SX-50 switch before and now they're in need of some assistance. There is an operator's console connected to extension 100. It's a small system with less than 30 phones (mix of superset 4's, 3's and single lines. Somehow a busy call forwarding feature was enabled (most-likely the user hit a code unknowingly) as well as a no answer call forwarding. Both features are active on the same extension and are making some call handling difficult. They gave me the feature manual which tells you how to invoke or cancel the feature, however the actual codes are not written in the book as they can be customized for each system. I'm assuming I have to get into programming to read the codes. Can anyone advise me on how to do this? Thank you in advance.

P.S. I am quite savvy in Nortel's Norstar programming for those who may need a tip in that area.

clear all features is by default 444 will clear any call forwarding or DND this would probably be best.
If you wanted to cancel call forwarding only you can do one of the following dependant on what forwarding was activated and again these are the default codes:
dial call forward follow me code 56 then hang up
same for call forward no answer 58
call forward busy 59
call forward busy/no answer 60

if my previous post does work then I can step you thru the programing.

I did all the codes except for the 444 so that only call forwarding instructions would be cleared. It now works the way they need it to. Thank you for that help. By the way, is programming the switch rather simple and intuitive through the operator's console? Is there somewhere I could get the manual for it? It would be nice to have in case they want to make changes later on.

Thanks again for the previous codes!

the programing is a group of commands and registers i.e.
command 100 has 17 register that are a combination of numbers i.e.
01110010 is the default for command 100 register 1
register 2 is:
020000 and you change the "bits" to what values you need.
It is definately not intuitive but like anything else if you have been programing them since their existance, easy. I have the docs but about 4,087kb not including the Folio application. If you try the internet their may be some manuals that are purchasable.
If I do find something how would I get it to you?

Thanks for the replies and the great advice. I'll check out the site for the manuals. Is there a way to send users an email through this site without having to post the questions/comments on a public thread giving you and I (for example) a way to communicate directly? Thanks again.

not sure what is proper or not in regards to your communicate directly question. I have seen email address is some posts but do not know if that is ok and have seen email addresses in "your profile". I think it is frowned upon though.
