Mitel SX-200 Putty locked

I was using Putty to work with my Mitel SX-200 when all the sudden it seemed like the window froze. no key commands would do anything. I tried CTRL-Q to try and bring it back but nothing. Tried CTRL-W like on the SX-2000 but nothing. Enter 10 times with no luck. I closed putty and re-launched it, pressed enter 10 times, and all that shows is the date and time, as well as "Alarms - NO ALARM" But no matter what I press here nothing changes (other than the time every minute)
