Does anyone have any programming manuals, guides for a Mitel SX200 analog pbx? I've just inherited one and been charged with the task of reviving it. This is my first
Mitel...I usually manage Toshiba CTX/CIX and Norstar Meridian switches, so any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks in advance!

If you're in the business, there are two websites that you'll commit to memory. and pdf.textfiles.com/manuals

That and a good library of manuals from just about anybody and you're good to go.

thanks a lot lkeerie, that really helped to get the wheels turning!

Let me start by apologizing for a lengthy post, it'll be the last lengthy one, and you'll see why...
Just want to say the wedophones site is excellent. It got me started, I know NOTHING about this beast. Which brings me to my question.
I was trying to change a port from superset 4 to superset 420.
Before I realized it can only be connected to a digital controller, I deleted it and recreated it (beforehand making all the notes of all the entries). Well, now I can receive calls, but I cannot get an outside line.
Once I can get some direction on fixing this, I would like to move it to a digital controller. First I will study extensively the 'move' function and hopefully I can do it w/o breaking anything.
I would REALLY appreciate any direction anyone can give me.
BTW: A bit about me, been in the IT/IS industry for over 25 years, now I'm just managing a hotel and I'm stuck fixing everything. I'm capable of learning anything, as you can see, I went from "Well, here's our phone system, good luck, and btw no manuals of any kind" to getting this far.
Thanks!

There is a mitel forum here where you will get a better response.

No, this is General Telephony. However, it doesn't really matter because I would guess the Mitel crowd also hangs out here.
