We have a Mitel SX-200 LW17 at work with a PRI/T1 with 100 consecutive DIDs (XXX-2500 to XXX-2599) and two outliers. One of the outliers is our main number and the other our fax. All of our calls go out with the CID of the first number in our DID block (XXX-2500), but we would like to make all calls go out with the CID of the main number (YYY-6400). Is this possible?

Yes

Please post your Modified Digit String for outbound calls.

You will probably need to use IMAT to configure the PRI card for CPN substitution. Are you familiar with IMAT?

Not familiar at all with IMAT and would rather not mess with that config if possible.

Sorry for not knowing, still fairly new to Mitel programming, but where would I find the Modified Digit String (Form #?).

Thanks

If you mean Form 22, this is what it says:
Entry/Qty to Del/Digits to Insert/Comments
01/1/(N/A)/LOCAL
02/1/1010432/0 + overflow
03/1/(N/A)/1 + LD
04/1/(N/A)/ncic
06/2/c/0 plus

Oops! Typo:

Entry/Qty to Del/Digits to Insert/Comments
01/1/(N/A)/LOCAL
02/1/1010432/0 + overflow
03/1/(N/A)/1 + LD
04/1/(N/A)/ncic
06/2/18772304526/0 plus

For Clarity when typing these things you can use special spacing codes

[ignore][tt] will start mono-spaced text
[/tt]will stop mono-spaced text[/ignore]
This causes the spaces to use their full spacing.
[tt]
Entry Qty to Del Digits to Insert Comments
01 1 (N/A) LOCAL
02 1 1010432 0 + overflow
03 1 (N/A) 1 + LD
04 1 (N/A) ncic
06 2 18772304526 0 plus
[/tt]

To send CLID you would need to add *4*6*4 to the beginning os each of the insert digits.

For this to work you would need to configure the PRI card via IMAT.

Alrighty then - As I mentioned, I really don't want to mess with the card so for now let's do something different yet related.

Right now when people call the XXX-2500 number, they get a busy tone. If I make a 2500 extension or hunt group of 2500, it behaves as normal.
What I would *like* to do is have 2500 be routed and appear the same as an inbound 6400 call. Inbound calls from 6400 show up as a line key (Line# 6400)on each of a group of Supersets that are subattendants. How would I do that?

Simplest?

Create as a Phantom station, assign to own tenant, set form 19 routing DID calls to this tenant to go to 6400
