How can I change the Night Mode destination on a Mitel SX-200 LW17? I looked at Form 6, but it didn't appear that it was the right form. Screenshot attached. Thanks!

Night mode for what exactly?

Analog trunks ringing? Form 14

PRI trunks ringing - Form 19

Dial Zero - Form 19

Specifics please.

Oops! Sorry. I was referring to outside calls, so PRI trunks. Will look at Form 19.
Thanks!

For anything that rings an Attendant Console LDN you need to define the Attendant Night Answer Points.

If COS option 705 (Attendant overflow) is enabled in the COS of the attendant then the N1 routing in form 19 defines this overflow point. You may have to use N2 in this case.

If the calls do not ring a LDN then I/We need to know the termination point to help further.

Revisiting this again - I enabled option 705 in the console's COS (COS 2) and then set the destination to a hunt group that rings our back office phones on a LDN. However, the calls aren't rerouted. They just ring as normal. Screenshots follow.

What else do I need to change to get this to work?

I don't think overflow is what you are looking for as this is normally used for comfort greetings. I only presented it as a caution against changing things without understanding the whys and wherefores.

What you are likely looking for is option 107 (attendant forward no answer) with timer 118

Again, these route to the N1 answer point on no answer.

You might what to try and figure out what the priority dial zero is used for if at all and/or configure it the same as your dial zero or you may end up with orphaned calls.

Both of those options were already enabled and configured. I'll try it now and let you know. Thanks!

That worked perfectly! The calls forward after 10 seconds to the overflow group which rings the phones in the back office. Another question semi-related...Is there a way to forward the calls instantly without the 10 second delay?

Use Night 2 and set the night 2 destination for the calls where you want, this gives you both options
