i have traced problem to no dtmf siginals going to any ONS ports that are assigned to duvoice voicemail, it treats call like incoming trunk call going to primary greeting , i would like to know where the in band dtmf comes from I think the main control card is the source that was changed too when I upgraded to support pri connection.
I don't know of any default listing in the LW19 THB, for sure you need 261 enabled in voice mail port cos for any dtmf. all dtmf integration is via the speed dial which usually is something like dial the hunt group pause for a bit (*9)leave/get message integration digits, tone out extension (*6)
