Having a wierd problem....as usual when trying to delete a analog extension...we are prompted to remove any BLF/DSS appearances that the phone has on other supersets....and the systems nice:) enough to indicate the Bay/Slot/Circuit of those supersets that have the appearance...but once we remove all of them and try to delete/move/change the analog phone (ext. 204 in our example) we now get a message...."all appearances of ext. 204 must be removed before ext can be deleted"...no longer gives an associated B/SS/CC...nothing....Do a Global Find of 204 and it only shows it exists on its original B/SS/CC...

Any ideas??

Does that DN appear in Form 19 or Form 14? Delete from these forms and try again.

What makes you think that you have time to fix it?

In form 9 find the prime, then esc-5 (More) then Esc-2? (Set App).

This will tell you all the sets that have multicall appearances of the prime line. (Might even be on the same set, don't overlook the obvious)

Alternatively, depending on your software version, you may want to try to use the range delete. If you put the same B/S/C for start and end it might delete including all appearances (will prompt you to confirm)
