Mitel SX-200 CXi "No MWI"

I don't work on the 200 platform often so I am at a loss on this one. I have a customer that has a 200 ICP (rel 4.0.0.17) that is not getting MWI. Is there a location to enter a FAC like the 3300s? Or should it just work? It has been running fine for years so I am not sure what has happened or what settings to look for.
