Mitel SX-20 Programming

Hello Friends,

I have a Mitel SX-20 (503-06).

I am trying to access trunk group programming (command number 65) and trunk programming (command number 66) using the Console.

I enter #65 and *

I am supposed to get this on the Console display:

1111109 for example!

This is what I am getting:

E01 ?601

Entering programming mode I should be getting ?61
But I am getting ?601 instead?

My CPU dip switches are as follows...
