Mitel super console 1000 incomming ring set up

Anyone know how to program SX1000 console to get a burst ring while busy on another call. Right now console only rings when idle. If busy only gets call waiting display when second call comes in.

Assuming SX200

There is actually a burst ring but it only repeats every 30 seconds by default.

Adjust option 404 in the COS of the console. I usually go with 6 seconds.

Thanks for the support. I tried changing option 404 from 30 to 6 but I still get no burst of ring at all. Option 404 is listed as "Recording failure to HANGUP TIMER" I didn't get a burst of ring every 30 seconds either. I tried 3 different consoles. The test that I am making is a station call to the attendant. I'm dialing ext 300 (the console ext #) from extension 200 and the second call from extension 201. The first call rings in but the second call only shows 1 C/W on display. Am I doing something wrong?

Option 404 does control the timing of the second ring tone - take my word for it.

Option 125 is probably Attendant new call ring or some such and yes should be enabled.

very true need both, 125 is Attendant Multi-New Call Tone and this is need along with 404 for your preferred ring intervals

Option 125 was disabled so I enabled it but still no second ring on console. I also reset the system but still does not ring on second incoming call. Any other ideas? Is there any programming on the console that needs to be done? Your help is much appreciated.

try enabling cos of the console option 106

to sum this up you should have enabled cos option of the console:
106 Attendant New Call Tone
125 Attendant Multi-New Call Tone
404 Recording Failure to Hangup Timer at the required ring intervals
