Hi,

Can someone summer up the differences between all the MITEL PBX ?

ICP 3300 (the only one distributed in France)
ICP 3100
ICP 300 (?? not sure)
SX 20
SX 200 ICP
SX 200 lite
SX 2000
....

why don't you check Mitel's website? There are way too many differences and options to list and discuss here.

I know it can be weird, but I was just answering about main differences (sets capacities, max numbers of sets)...don't have to list all of them...

For example SX-2000 seems to be one of the first PBX, it includes DNI type of sets, DNI consoles. I don't know if it has ESM ...
I guess MITEL want to migrate Sx2000 to ICP 3300 (by upgrading database in SI)...is it the end of sx2000 in order to have just a few type of machines ...

betweens sx200 and sx2000 is it just a matter of capacity ?

Part of the answer...

SX-2000 is a PBX from 50 to 20.000 users

SX-200 is an IPBX up to 600 users

ICP 3300 is an IPBX up to 65000 users

3600 is a Service Provider System wich allows not to house a PBX on your office..

What about ICP 3100

Now, it's about French users too !!!

ICP 3100 is obsolete in NA. It was replaced as a product line by the 200 ICP.
