Mitel Problem

We have a Mitel Phone system and I cannot clear a flashing light on the main reception phone, it’s a Mitel 5224 attached to a 5448 programmable key module. The flashing light is on the key module and is for the reception extension (5224 phone) How do I go about clearing this light? There are no messages or call-backs waiting, would appreciate your help if you can.

With the command 'Locate Feature extension' you can see why the light is flashing.
With the feature access code (FAC) 'Message Waiting - Deactivate' you can turn off the light if you want

Do I log into the system and enter this in the command box? System Admin Tool - Maintenance & Diagnostics - Maintenance Commands

The response came back as DO NOT DISTURB being active. I tried using **5 to cancel this but nothing happened, is there a feature key on the phone that will turn this off, or what command can I type in to turn it off, thanks again for your help.

There is an option to turn it off from the system too.

Is there a particular key flashong on the programmable key module (PKM)? Is the whole PKM flashing?
If it is a particular key, what is programmed under that key?
