Do you have the documentation? Do you have access to this? There are more the just 3-5 ports - theres a lot of them.
"kwbMitel" is treating you as a "Mitel Certified Tech." Mitel does a "decent" job in documentation, and an even better job in providing Knowledgebase articles. We are train to understand Mitel wants to make things easy, so the "everyday" issues and how-toos are documented and provided to us. Mitel also trains us to see how the actual architecture works, not just the features and how to program them. For example, we learn how call-control works and how the TDM bus talks to the IP bus. When you finish your exam, you not only understand how to program the system, yet you know how the actual software and hardware work together - which in all honesty makes troubleshooting easier.
Mitel only asks us to read the documentation and if then we can't get it, we call them. Don't take it personally. Remember, this group is here to help, and the Mitel ladies and guys on this board are really-really knowledgeable. The top 5 or 6 MVPs in this group and very, very knowledgeable.
I'm not a Certified Tech, I did'nt know you needed to be to be in this forum, I'm very technical and have a good broad knowledge of Mitel but I'm an enduser who's trying to resolve some issues.
I don't have technical info on Teleworker and all I need to know is when connecting a phone through teleworker what ports do you need to ensure are open for it to work.
I can't access edocs as I don't have a MOL account.
The part of my post that everyone has missed is the fact that I have the document, I want to provide it, but I don't know how to attach it on this forum.
I did not intend to submit the post earlier and was trying to figure out how to attach the documentation.
I have been somewhat amused by the response.
I still have the document. And if Jampet can get over his righteous indignation, maybe someone will come to his aid.

You can always go to yousendit.com and send the document that way. Then YouSendIt will give you a "link" which is good for 10 downloads or 10 days. Simply come back here and post the link to the document for Jampet.
In spite of the nag screen on YouSendIt a subscription is not required, nor is your real email address required. Without the subscription you can still send small files (i.e., a doc file or a .pdf)
