I wanted to see if anyone else has had this happen.
For about 2 week the Mitel phones when we come into the office are not working. All the VoIP phone(5330) have power because the display is lit but it is blank. There is no dial tone and the pc that connected to the ip phone work and can connect to the network and internet on problem.
When this happen we have used one of 2 option to get them back online.
1. Power the Mitel CP500 down and then back up and the phone start to come back online and working.
2. Reset the core switch and then the phone come back online and working.
the problem is when the phones go down there are no errors being report( or at least I am not see them) so there nothing to check to at least start trouble shoot the problem.
Any clue?
