mitel phone help

We have some mitel 5320 ip phones which are on our ACD.
I have just swapped out a faulty handset using the ### option and since doing this when the user logs on instead of seeing the pre set hot keys there is nothing but a blank screen.
They would expect to see logoff, not available and headset but the screen is just blank.

Has anyone come across this.

When i log the user on to another phone everything shows.
Im not sure if this is a fault with the phone or if its something i have missed when i added the phone.

Any advice would be great.

Best guess is that they did not replace the correct station

Compare the MAC against active phones

How did you replace the tel ?
###6 Ext number ?
Sounds like the User profile never downloaded ...

I have not had that occur ....

Replaced the handset by just typing ### then set ID and superkey

Although the information is not on the screen, the buttons do as they should.
Also if you press the blue key and select settings, again you can not see any of the information on the set but if you press the top key (programmable keys) it moves to the next page and then you can see all of the information.

Its almost as tho page 1 of any set does not show.

KwbMitel - I replaced the handset myself on a like for like bases but thanks for coming back to me and the macs all have the same information.

Folks. Problem solved.
The phone was at fault. I have replaced the phone and all is now ok.
