Mitel Nu-Point dial by name issue

Hello,

I have a customer complaining that when dial by name, they cannot enter more than 3 digits.
where can I change it so that they can enter more digits?

you probably have exact match break enabled.

Once the system determines that only 1 match exists it will act on the digits provided.

Example of the problem: there is last name of Bila and Bilo and caller want to talk ot Bilo


when dial by last name, it will not accepts more than 3 digits and no matter which last name you dial, it will always go to Bila.

can someone please help.
 
The issue will be with the name input on the mailbox.

Re-enter the one that doesn't work.

Are the mailboxes identical in every other way? (Language?, FCOS?, LCOS, etc)
