Once the system determines that only 1 match exists it will act on the digits provided. ********************************************** What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon. Apr 5, 2013 Thread starter #3 john67 Technical User Feb 6, 2013 3 CA Example of the problem: there is last name of Bila and Bilo and caller want to talk ot Bilo when dial by last name, it will not accepts more than 3 digits and no matter which last name you dial, it will always go to Bila. can someone please help.
