MITEL MN 3300 ICP UPGRADE

Dear All,
I have a mitel MN3300 ICP with a software level release 9 ,I need to upgrade it to MCD 6 . How do I go about it.

In it's simplest form, 2 hops:

Take the system to 4.0 migrating to Common Data Distribution.

Take the system to 6.0

Definitely need to know what hardware you're working with first, some older chassis can't even be upgraded to MCD 4.0. System Hardware Compute Cards will tell you how much RAM the system has, it has to be 512MB to be able to go to 4.0. If it's 256MB, you'll need to swap it out with a 512MB model first.

You can still get the 512 upgrade I believe though...

some platforms are not upgradeable. The 3340 for instance, its a doorstop. Mitel on Line has a matrix of platforms listed by P/N and the memory upgrade requirements.
