The programming version was 6.1.3.56 if I recall correctly.
I have a customer who is no longer able to access the Mitel web portal. I have not been on site to test myself but while remote into a computer on their network I am able to access the DB programming thru the Sys & Admin tool but unable to access via web portal. I scheduled a reset and had no luck with that. The computer and the phone system where both on the same subnet. IE says can not display page.
Also trying to get remote access I had him forward port 44000 to the internal Ip address of the phone but am unable to connect. Is there additional steps that need to be done.
