Ran into a odd scenario or has been happening sporadically throughout the organization. I haven't really been able to pinpoint the the issue of why their button programming just seems to no longer be there on the phone.

Example i'll program a 5324 on Button 23 to have the make busy function. I typically give it a label on the controller side just for clarification as to what button it was previously on so i can easily go back in and re program the button.

I have looked through the Feature Access Codes and System options to see if there is a quick code that can be dialed to remove a button. The steps of removing a button through the superkey command would be unlikely as they would be aware that they are removing that programming.

Thanks

All I can say is that you are not the only one

Software version may be important

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

I had two of my customers with the same issue, I opened a ticket three months ago with Mitel support, I got an update from Mitel support lats week, they identified the issue as a bug on Mivb 7.x release. they sad the issue will be fixed on next MiVB release (8.0 SP2).

Well actually thats nice to hear that its a bug in the 7.XXX releases! Because i am on the 7.1 release. I have been pulling my hair out with the issue. granted its not like Super critical as its easy to go in under 10 seconds to reprogram it. We are looking to do a software upgrade to 8.0 or 9.0 (when its releases later this year or January ).. Thanks for the replies! wasn't sure if others were having this issue.
