need some direction on this one please

I have just noticed recently if I go into MiCollab > Users and Services when I go to edit a user I receive a blank page nothing more. I have not been able to find a solution to the issue and it gives no errors suggesting what went wrong. Can anyone assist with this?

i did reboot and thats when it started

On the console, run command htop and if memory is spiking or zombie processes.
Is this a virtual MiCollab Server? If it is, try increasing the RAM and reboot.

here is the fix
console command
signal-event app-post-install

wait 3 minutes and try again

ssh to the server ( putty to Ip address port 22) , login as root and run that command , wait 3 minutes and try web page again

this also seems to fix the problems when the Micollab web interface shows a java error
