I have a Mitel 3300 ICP and it is 2 minutes slow compared to the server infrastructure. I went through the Enterprise Management training, but do not recall anything about setting the time. They did teach, anything you cannot find an option to adjust for, use the maintenance commands.

Any suggestions?

OPS manager has this ability. Open up the OPS Man. Configuration -> Time Synchronization. Schedule the task, selest elements for the task

If you have OpsMan, run a scheduled time synch at LEAST once a day. If not, I find the Group Administration Tool the easiest way to update the time directly on the controller itself.
