Mitel IP Page unit 5485 on SX200 5.0.2.12 AX

I have installed a Mitel IP Page unit to my AX according to page 114/115 of the THB. I enabled DHCP to give it an address and I see it in the lease. I added the unit's MAC to a circuit on the IP Bay and I connected the audio to existing Bogen audio in connections...but it doesn't work.

Anyone know how to troubleshoot one of these units?

Verify that the system actually detects that the device is installed and active.

In system maintenance
[pre]
Reports
Show
Status
Extension
Enter extension
Then press 1 for CPDWA
Observe device type in lower left corner of screen
if DNIC ? then your device is not active.

I found that I had not built the subnet options for the DHCP server (I had statically assigned the IP phones) cause I assumed it would pick up the "common option" field...it works now, thanks for the info kwb
