I have an operator console IP5550, our supplier told me that the only way to associate a name on the BLF-DSS button is to edit manually a CSV file (addressBook_data.csv) that also needs a restart of the OP sw and a removal/add operation on the BLF-DSS menù.
The same file also stores the phonebook for calling and name-number matching on incoming calls.
I find this very unconfortable, and seems to me very strange that there is no easier way to manage phonebook and DSS-BLF.
Is this all right?
