Appreciate any help you can give. I walked into a school system that uses Mitel VOIP equipment including a 3300 ICP and 5212/5224 handsets. The staff needs to change the default volume on the handset which you can do but as soon as you hang up and take another call the volume is back down to where it was. Also when paging over the intercom the volume is very low. This is a big problem during lockdown drills.
I'm guessing these 2 issues are related but I'm not versed in the Mitel system or very well in VOIP at all. If it weren't for a broke school district I'd recommend they find a solution provider but I'd like to help them and possibly educate myself a little in the process.
