Mitel Group Admin VM issues.

Hi

I'm currently investigating an issue with group admin access, when you attempt to reset a voicemail pin number using this tool - an error stating invalid data key comes up.
When performing the same action from system admin, is absolutely fine. I have created new profiles to test with & they get the same error so I don't believe this is an error on this form. All have root access.
Would appreciate any suggestions.

group admin is buggy as hell. Newer versions of software have not added anything for a long time. You can try to contact Mitel tac but doubt they will be able to do anything for you
 
I checked this out on a new install. It seems I can do everything in the group admin tool except editing any voicemail settings. I would call Mitel to see if there is a known issue or they can fix.
 
its a bug, we have the same issue, awaiting fix details from Mitel
 
Just checked and we have been informed the fix will be in the 1st release of MCD6.0
Dependant on requirements, our customer only wanted the 1st line engineers to change VM pins, we created a new Admin Policy and modified user authorisation profile to give sole access to the VM boxes form.
Temporary work around that isnt to complicated, again all dependant on who does what onsite and maybe completely irrelevant for your setup.
