Mitel Express Manager Software

Trying to support a company with sx-200 with Mitel Express voicemail. Does anyone have a link for the Mitel Express Manager software so I can try to access this voicemail & setup a few new voicemail boxes?

everything can be done thru the admin mailbox.

Even if you got the software, I doubt you could find an OS that could run it.

I checked the admin guide and I see the option to add is there but when I go into the Admin box the "ADD Option" is not configured? It only provides access to edit or delete, it doesn't even say the "ADD" Prompt.

Any suggestions?

To add a mailbox, follow this procedure:
1. Access the System Administrator’s mailbox.
2. Enter [2] for the Mailbox menu.
3. Enter [1] for the Add Mailbox menu.
4. Enter the mailbox number to add.
5. Use the keypad to enter the first five letters of the first name or last
name (as defined) of the person assigned to this mailbox. Use 7 for Q
and 9 for Z.
If you do not want to include the mailbox in the directory, press [#] instead.
6. Press [#] when finished.

Are you sure you have an Express VM.

What you are describing is Embedded VM

Express VM was a separate card that resided in a peripheral cabinet.

What type of system do you have + Sw level

When I log into the system admin box it indicates "Welcome to Express Messenger"
System is Mitel SX-200 ICP 5.0
I was able to log into the SX-200 via web browser interface. I see the options in there to enable the call forwarding for busy-internal/external RNA conditions etc.
There's just a new user that needs a voicemail profile setup in Express Messgenger & I'm not sure how to get in there to do it. It should provide that option to add as you stated but it's just not available. I tried & hit 1, I thought maybe it was a hidden option or something & it stated this system is not configured to do at this time.

if you can log into the 200ICP go to form 50 and you can add/modify/delete etc. from there.

You are using embedded voicemail.

Adding mailboxes must be done via the System Admin that can be accessed via an internal Web Page or direct using a terminal emulator.

Voicemail programming is done via form 50.

you may have noticed other voicemail forms that may help you program, i.e. form 49 is for voicemail options, open/closed hours etc, also RAD setup, mailboxes and menus in form 50 which you saw, form 51 for voicemail distribution lists and 52 for emails.
