need a mitel engineer in maidstone ,kent united kingdom? Seem to be struggling at the moment?

the system is a mitel 3300 cxi, I wanted to create a work from home extension, and setup the voice mail.
We have 4 liscenses, wanted to use one for night time and so we can set it to go on after say 10 rings...
