Mitel EHDU MiCollab 486 Busy when we call our office.

We have the following problem.
When the customer call with MiCollab mobile client to their office (same MCD where the EHDU is programmed) then is the line busy.
When they calls another number the call is ok.
We have make a workaround with adjust the EHDU number but how can we resolve this?

Versions
MiCollab 7.1.0.55
Mitel Standard Linux 10.4.1

MiVoice Business 7.2 PR1 SP1.

 
Not understanding your issue, Break it down for me.
 
Is the office line they are trying to call twinned with the mobile that they are calling from? That would show line busy.
 
We have resolve the issue, remove the PNI number (cluster elements).
Then it works again.
