Mitel DSS/Busy Lamp

Hi Everyone,

currently just looking to find out how many devices an extension can show on using the DSS/Busy key. I've seen the older versions can have 16 but the system I am on is version 8.0.

could anyone help?

From MCD 5.0 it has been increased to 64 for BLF appearances.

This is not how many BLF keys you can have on a device but rather how many devices can monitor an single extension.

thanks for the fast response sarond. is there a way I can search to see how many times its been used or to see which devices have it allocated?

Don't think so for DSS/BLF. I know you can for multicalls via the Multiline Appearance Groups form.

You could export the Multiline Set Keys form and filter it with excel.

The remote BLF form will tell you where it has been allocated and how many times
