Mitel Dect headset

Anyone used one? Just supplied a customer with one and it works except you can't answer a call (internal) by pressing the hookswitch on the headset (which works as we have been able to pair it.

any help appreciated.

Yes, thats me as well. and yes we think its sorted. Was going to come here this morning anyway just to confirm.

and for clarity the problem was that the phone was set to headset working. Turned off and all WAD now.

Have both the wireless handset and headset on my phone and both work fine. As you disconverd you don't need headset mode on the phone for them to work.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
