On a CX V4.2 how can I have a single line extension always call re-route to a MLAA? I need to be able to change it to different MLAA's depending on time of day.

As the end point is not a mailbox I do not recommend Nametag Groups.

There is a method that works using ACD but it requires Night Service Switching.

For Time Of Day Routing you are stuck unless you know one of the following:
- Advanced ARS using Route PLans combined with Loopback trunking (IP) and all that that entails - Yuck

- Program a modem or similar device to dial call forward third party codes at the times specified.

- Some other method that boggles the mind

I am not licensed for ACD. What I am trying to accomplish...
I have 2 seperate businesses both want front end AA and both have different business hours. TS said that embedded VM doesn't understand tennanting? My plan was to have Co A use Night1 and Co B use Night2 when they manually put the system in "night" mode. Then in regards to the recordings: Co A would play Day=Day, Night1=Night and Night2=Night. Then Co B would play Day=Day, Night1=Day and Night2=Night. That solves my time issue.
My latest hirdle is that I can't call re-route the "phantoms"(single line extensions with a MLAA as a mailbox)so I can point the speedcall to one device.

You do not need licensing for ACD to perform the functions described.

If you program separate Pilot Numbers (Phantoms or not) where the pilot numbers are themselves tenanted, Then each Pilot can be routed via night service switching. It does not matter what the voicemail thinks.

The ACD routing that is described in that FAQ can be setup without licensing.
