Hi,

Client has 2 Mitel's in a cluster. Speed dial numbers are shared between the controllers. For some reason when I add the Speed Dial numbers on the main controller I'm unable to dial them from an extension on the remote controller. When I delete and add the Speed Dial numbers again it works. I tried to sync the Mitel's by selecting the Speed call Numbers and although the sync is successful it doesn't seem to replicate to the remote controller. Deleting and adding the Speed dial numbers seems the only way to get it to work.

Syncing is not retroactive. If the speedcalls were created before sharing the form that will not propogate without being forced to via a resync.
