Mitel Chat - Reports inaccuracies - (Queue Performance by Period)

Hello,

Looking for some input.
The reports are showing up ghost Chats.
I'm getting chats that are Delivered to Queue - But show nothing else after that.
Not showing up as Abandon, or Handled.

Any idea how to fix this? Thanks.
