We have an issue on one site with the Mitel Blue Tooth Headset on 5330 phones where the Low Battery warning flashes on the phone even when the headsets are fully charged. We have changed the Headsets and the Phone but the warning still flashes up.
Mitel is MCD 5.1
Anyone else come accross this before?

It won't be MCD 5.1 as there is no such thing. The latest is MCD 5 SP2 PR2 I think. What is the low battery indication?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

Thanks - my mistake its 5.0
The warning appears on the phone and the user has to click close to get rid of it and then it comes back after a while.
The batteries are fine and the headset works ok.

Never seen that before. Thanks.

You say you changed the headset and the phone. Did you change the cordless accessory module in the back of the phone?

Yes - we changed the whole unit.

They are DECT. There is a seperate module for the sets that is blue tooth so you can use any bluetooth headset. That unit doesn't support the Mitel wireless headset or handset.

Knew you were going to ask but didn't get a chance to look it up.
