mitel ax with opera pms not working

mitel ax with opera pms not working. i tried a simulator it is working. but the guy from opera pms said that there is no handshake.
please help.

What software release? How are you integrating? Did you go into Maintenance Commands and do a "pms trace enable"?

it is mitel 3300 AX.

but the guy fro opera said it is not working bcs there is no ack. please help

opera side: "Please note that the interface installed at your property is a PBX interface, which only provides check-in, check-out and do not disturb commands, and has nothing to do with posting charges.

Mitel support stated that they do not send to opera any command from their side, and that is currently the main issue as I am not getting even a “link start” command.

Please get a clear clarification from Mitel on what is installed and how we are supposed to proceed from this point".


do u guys believe is from mitel side or opera side?.
