Mitel AX Controller not powering up

Hello,

I have a new installation for Mitel AX Pbx . Since yesterday controller power up properly I am connect with serial cable all that but because of Flash card not insert I cannot load the software. Today we received flash card and I open the controller and insert the flash card and make on the AX . Chassis is power up but controller card didn’t up the power.
I tried to unplug the flash no different. Remove the cmos batter and memory and return back no different.


Anyone can suggest me how to resolve this issue ?

Which slot are you installing the flash in?
