I have a problem whereby when an agent is dealing with emails,others applications etc, and when a call is waiting, the agent advisor pops to the front of the screen. Is there any way of getting the pop toast to not come to the front of the screen ?

Yes it is in the phone settings in the CCC right click and configure there is a checkbox for popups

Thanks for your response supernova, does this completly disable the popup, or does this pop it in the backgroubd ?

oooo, ok. Im actually looking to try to not make it come up to the front over other applications. Will give it a shot anyway. Thanks.

It might be worth giving PrairieFyre a call or send an email to support at prairiefyre dot com
There may well be a registry setting that can be changed to stop bring to front.
I guess that if it is behind you will never see it so turning it off you will just use your phone display for caller ID
