Mitel 6920w boot failure 3

I have a Mitel 6920W phone that won't boot after reset, It shows a blue screen only. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Did you tried to access the settings of the phones

Does it get stuck at 60% with this error: Unable to download from thirdparty.firmware.connect.mitelcloud.com? rebooting in 5 minutes

You'll need to update the firmware for you're MiVB. See HO4838

- When I plug in the PoE port Switch, the phone's screen is always blue
- Using advanced IP scanner, the phone's IP address and MAC address were also not found.

So I can not access the settings of the phones or update the firmware

Is there another way to boot the phone? Or is the phone really damaged?

did you try and press the cogwheel whilst it is powering up

do you see anything at all as its starts
- take a video of it powering up and attach it

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

The screen display always stays at blue (see picture attached) & IP address not found in three ways below
- powering up normally
- powering up with pressing the cogwheel whilst
- powering up with pressing 1 and #
