Mitel 6920IP Phone (MiNet Flash) : EAP 802.1x for PC is not functionning

I've Try to connect new phone 6920IP on my MiVoice Business Express.
Phone is already functionning (Release 8) but he cannot apply the 802.1x protocol to find the good VLAN to Boot in
For information, it's already functionning weel with 5312IP Phones.
I mean there is a Firmware problem : ota_BCM911107_MINET_6920_voice_v6_5_jffs2.bin
Is there anyone who had the same issue ???
Or Someone can help me to Enable the 802.1x for the PC connected to the Phone ?

802.1x is a security protocol not a vLAN discovery protocol

You may be thinking of LLDP-MED or CDP

If so, the likely issue is that your OUI Table needs to be configured with the device ID of the 69XX set.

Older Mitel sets all had MAC Addresses of 08:00:0f...

The 6900's sometimes have MAC addresses of 00:08:5D...

Yes I know that the 802.1x is a security protocol. But the mechanism whixh is already in place is that:
- When the PC connected is recognized from the Radius-Server: It will be have a DATA 10.20.x.y IP address
- When the PC connected is NOT recognized from the Radius-Server: It will be have a INVITE 10.30.x.y IP address
The Phone is already functionning well and boot into the ToIP VLAN : 10.10.x.y
When I connect a PC directly on the Switch, the authentication is functionning (PC from company into VLAN DATA, the Other into VLAN INVITE)
When I connect a PC on a 5312IP Phone (MiNet), the authentication is functionning
When I connect a PC on a 6920IP Phone (MiNet), the authentication is NOT functionning

Hope this can help you for the comprehension from my problem.

For Response, I've create a case by MITEL Design and it was a Firmware Problem.
Mitel Fixed this problem with Firmware 1.4.0.77
Problem already Fixed

Hi, I'm in the same situation like couscouspoulet67. MiVB8 and 6920 MiNet. The 5312 authenticate the pc, the 6920, 6930 and 6940 not. All the phones have the firmware is 1.4.0.80.

Just upgraded the phones to firmware 1.4.0.85, now it works! The 1.4.0.80 firmware is buggy....

In fact, I've already do an Upgrade from the specified Server (First Post)
The 802.1x does not work anymore.
I've push the Old Firmware given by Mitel, and it works.
I mean Mitel has not solved this problem on all the 69xx Firmware
