Mitel 6869i FW 4.1.0

I have a few 6869i phones that I tried to update firmware on, but they say they only use 4.1.0 firmware. Mitel doesnt have this version for download on their site so now I have phones stuck in recovery mode. Does anyone have this firmware, and could you please send it to me? Or at least have a download link?
