Can anyone please tell me how to factory default a Mitel 5610 without the password, the password has definately not been changed from default but it will not work

I definitely haven't changet the PIN code but is not accepted anymore ?!

I have the same problem as well. First handset I setup does not appear to need a password. The other 2 allways ask for a password even though I initially did not set one up. I have tried setting password up but this does not appear to take effect on any handset.
