We installed a SIP trunk for one of their clients yesterday and are having some strange issues with the 5610 dect handsets. When using these handsets to call via the sip trunk the audio quality is really bad and jitters permanently, but when using a normal handset the audio is perfect.
I’ve replicated the issue in our office so it’s not isolated to the clients environment. Sounds like a codec issues to me but I’ve tried a few setting on the base station but nothing makes a difference.
Any ideas?
