Mitel 5360 in TW mode not displaying programmed buttons

Just as the Subject Says, i have a perfectlyu working 5360 in TW and the only buttons i can see on it are all the default keys plus the one DN, if i add anything to the phone it works physically but it doesn't display on the phone....

Any ideas?

what happens if you boot it locally to the PBX? Is this possible?
