Mitel 5320 set - Call Forwarding

We have MCD Rls 4.0 SP4, s/w load 10.0.4.23_1

Our COS and COR allow external forwarding, however, I am finding this cannot be set up via the Applications Key and Call Forwarding profiles on the 5320 set. The phone will take the information but as soon as you try and activate, the error message is "the activation of your call forwarding failed".

In order to set this up, I've had to program a Superkey on the set and set up Forwarding via the soft keys.

Has anyone heard of this, am I missing something in the COS perhaps?
