MITEL 5312 reboots when dialing thru sip trunks

I have a MCD 4.1 sp2 CXI controller and 5312 phones. I can dial out thru anolog and bri trunks normal but as soon as i dial out thru SIP, I get and error " Assert @ 2080, HAL_Audio RTPRx" and the phone reboots. I have tried seaching for results in this respect but have no solution. Can someone please help!!!!

Is it only the 5312 phones? The rest work ok?
Verify the default gateway is correct. (Simple things first)
Next you'll need to put Wireshark on the phone to get an idea of what the packets are doing.
