Mitel 5010 IP phone on vMCD 1

Dear All'
I've make upgrade for a customer from 3300 LX to vMCD. but mitel 5010 & 5020 are not working.

any Idea.

I've make an external tftp server to load the sfotware to the phone . but after the phone is loading the software. the screen stops on Starting Main with the phone IP Address on it.

What load?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

It's Mitel MCD 5.0
load 11.0.0.102

In the DHCP Options form, do you have options 128, 129, 130, 134.

These are for backwards compatibility for older phones.

But it's a VMCD and option 128,129,130,134 are no available on it.

Do you have any working phones or are all phones of the type described?

The failure point is symptomatic of a vlan or routing issue.

Program a phone with a static IP and see if it downloads ok
