Mitel 5000 Sys Admin & Diag unavailable

I have added a user profile in the database in this Mitel 5000 5.1 HX system. When the user opens his System Admin & Diagnostics, none of the dialog boxes are available. He has set his option profile as Mitel Support. What does he need to do to get the information working?

what do you mean by dialog boxes? does it say that system monitoring is unavailable?
