Eddie no it doesn't do Qsig, Mitel to Mitel with PRI yes... but it doesn't use Qsig AFAIK, it's certainly easy with SIP trunks especially if you are talking about going to an IPO ;-)

Cool, I have actiually written a "how to" document for this, works very well, the Avaya side is a little more flexible/seemless in the way it works...but that's to be expected
