I have a customer that has a Dual T1 card. They recently added a new PRI. I configured it and outbound works,but I cannot get inbound. I programmed a DID in the call routing table but when I call in there is silence then fast busy.
I am probably missing something but it could also be the CO ( they stated that they tested for inbound when it was installed).
Any ideas?
